Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 Frozen banana

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1/4 Cup fresh spinach

  • 1 Cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp -1 1/2 Tbsp Maple syrup

  • 4 Fresh mint leaves
