  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1 Tbsp Collagen Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Protein Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds

  • Small Piece of Fresh Ginger

  • Small Bunch of Fresh Spinach
