About the Recipe
These protein balls have become a staple in the Southwell home. They make for an excellent and healthy snack!
Try adding in different mix ins, like craisins, nuts, or coconut. Cocoa powder or cinnamon also are delicious additions!

Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 protein powder
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon flaxseed
1/4 cup Southwell Sugar Shack maple syrup
1/4 cup chocolate chips, or mix in of choice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Use a spoon to form 1-inch balls.
Step 3
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks or freeze for up to a month. Enjoy!
