About the Recipe

This is one of Nathan Southwell's all-time favorite smoothies!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Frozen banana

  • 1/2 Cup frozen cherries

  • 1/2 Cup fresh spinach

  • 1/2 Cup milk or milk alternative

  • 1 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder

  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed or chia seed

  • 1 Tbsp Maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
