About the Recipe
This is one of Nathan Southwell's all-time favorite smoothies!

Ingredients
1/2 Frozen banana
1/2 Cup frozen cherries
1/2 Cup fresh spinach
1/2 Cup milk or milk alternative
1 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Flaxseed or chia seed
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
